The Brilliance of a Grooms’ Lounge
Grooms are becoming more and more an integral part of the wedding planning process. No longer are they idle viewers in the mad dash of planning the Big Day- but are rather vital components offering insightful opinions and helpful support.
At the Historic Inns of Annapolis Wedding Fair this year, grooms were invited to sit among some nautical accents provided by Party Plus Tents and Events and 2Hands Studios.
While the gentlemen are helping plan the wedding, it is important to accommodate for their presence at bridal shows and the like. Rather than shuffling them through more pink sparkly place settings- creating a lounge with comfortable seating, various craft beers, and subtle décor for the grooms-to-be to feel included while taking a load off.
While the ladies work through details of their hair and makeup, grooms can relax and unwind. Including a vendor specializing in menswear to the lounge, like the Annapolis show did with Christopher Schafer Clothier, is the perfect addition!
